چکیده
The spindle is the key working part of horizontal cotton picker, and wear resistance its surface directly affects service life spindle. Improving performance fundamental for improving pickers. To enhance surface, this study used physical vapor deposition (PVD) technique to prepare TiN coating on substrate cotton-picking machine improve rather than original electroplated chromium coating. microscopic morphology was analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM), mechanical frictional properties were tested a nanoindentation tester friction tester, worn observed portable 3D profiler. test results indicated that after PVD treatment, hardness about 2.5 times spindle, H/E value 2.2 PVD-TiN showed better properties. In test, under same conditions, rate less chrome plating field 100 hm2, average area second tooth tip 2.17 It verified had This has certain research significance optimization Also, it can effectively provides new method enhancing

Effect of Gas Ratio on Tribological and Corrosion Properties of Ion Beam Sputter Deposited TiN Coatings
Titanium nitride thin films were grown on 304 stainless steel substrates at various nitrogen/argon flow ratios by ion beam sputtering (IBS) technique. The current research is a follow up study on the influence of gas ratio on structural and corrosion properties in the TiN coated 304 stainless steel. Film structural identification of phases was performed using X-ray diffractometry (XRD). Sca...

In this research, B4C-Ni cermet coating was sprayed on the surface of 4130 steel from B4C and Ni feed-stockpowders using high velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) method. In order to characterize the tribological behavior of thecoating, ball on disk wear tests were done at the ambient temperature and under the loads of 1, 3 and 5 N.Phase analysis of the coating after spraying was studied ...
متن کاملThe tribological properties of Cu-Ni3Al-MoS2 composite coating deposited by magnetron sputtering
In industrial applications, most materials are exposed to wear and friction because multiple conditions are used. However, the tribological properties of these materials can be improved with different techniques. One such technique that improves the frictional property of a surface is the use of self-lubricating coatings. In this study, multicomponent coatings of nominal composition Cu-Ni3Al-Mo...
متن کاملCOMPARISON OF THE TRIBOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF THE SURFACE LAYERS OF TiN and CrN
This work revealed the results of comparative surveys of the impact of formed surface layer TiN and CrN and two component surfaces layer TiN-steel and CrN-steel. The slide couple worked in conditions of lubricating the friction area with Lotos Syntetyk 5W/40 and Castrol GTX Magnatec 5W/40 engine oils. In the friction couple the counter sample was made from CuPb30 bearing alloy. The tribological...
